How to build up your biceps in the gym. “How do I get bigger arms?” I get asked all the time by my clients. First things first, if you want bigger arms then train your triceps! They count for about 60/70% of the size of your arm!

In this video Ollie goes through the main exercises which he does which are going to help you build really good biceps which you can show off.
Remember the slow negative on the way down for movements on all exercises. This is so so important guys and it’s pretty much always forgotten about. One second up and two seconds down – remember!
These are the exercises Ollie does in the gym to build the arms that he uses for his modelling jobs.
