How to work out your legs without using weights even if you have lower back pain. We all know that squats using a barbell are the best way to train your legs but if you suffer from lower back pain or a condition like sciatica, this exercise is really bad for you. So, what do you do? You want to train your legs but don’t know what exercises to do?

Fear not as Ollie explains in this video exactly how to train your legs at home without using weights. Some may argue that the techniques shown in this video are not effective as barbell squats but if you can’t do squats then this workout routine is the next best alternative.

When you suffer from lower back pain or sciatica, it easy to get disheartened and get angry and stop training and eating well. But it’s important to not fall off the rails.

This is a sensitive topic as Ollie himself has been suffering from sciatica over the past couple of years so understands completely the pain and agony that one goes through.
