In this video, I am going to decode Amazon's Flywheel Business Model for Digital Business and how you can apply the same principles of a multibillion dollar
company into your own business.
It's going to be one of the most important videos that you'll ever watch.
Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, these two are my biggest inspirations because they love to give them the best customer experience and, they built their entire business model
around that.
If you look at Steve jobs, if you look at Jeff Bezos, these multi-billion dollar companies in the world, they have built on a principle called the flywheel.
What is the flywheel?
A simple definition of the flywheel is this with every new customer that's being added into your system, is that customer going to have a better experience customer
experience or not?
Let's look at it on how we can implement the same flywheel methodology for the digital ecosystem.
The first step is to build your own, build a product by doing research, like a world-class product that can solve people's problems.
The second step is once you launch a product, get customer feedback, ask them, what can I do to improve? Keep running a lot of polls and surveys once in a week,
make notes of that and start to get into action mode.
Step number three, improve your customer experience, once you get feedback, you take all those points and start to improve the customer experience and enhance
your products to suit their needs.
Step number four is then you start focusing on customer results, not just on the knowledge because when you're improving customer experience and helping them
implement the knowledge, you will see people start getting results.
The fifth step is you then start documenting the results in the form of case studies.
Number six is you start to build your brand reputation.
Now I'm getting a lot of people, directly coming and buying my products because they are seeing so many success stories.
And Step Seven is once you have built your brand reputation, that brand reputation will help you attract more customers.
Step Number Eight is once you start getting more customers, start taking more feedbacks.
Number Nine is then improved customer experience. Based on that feedback
Step Number Ten is then that will help you create more results in the community.
And the final step number 11 is you go back to step number two.
what is step number two?
Let me know exactly what were your big takeaways from this and what are you going to implement based on this?
